Debbie Holstine is the Insurance Manager at Ottawa Chiropractic Clinic and one of the friendly faces helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Background & Experience
Debbie’s career in healthcare began after answering a newspaper ad for a doctor’s office assistant — a decision she’s been grateful for ever since. Over the years, she’s built a well-rounded background in billing and insurance, front desk support, and therapeutic assistance, giving her a deep understanding of how a chiropractic office works from every angle.
She also completed business education during her senior year, helping strengthen her organisational and administrative skills.
Why She Loves What She Does
The most fulfilling part of Debbie’s role is seeing patients feel better and knowing she plays a part in supporting their care experience. She enjoys helping patients navigate insurance questions and making the process feel as simple and stress-free as possible.
Life Outside the Practice
When she’s not at work, Debbie enjoys spending time outdoors camping and tending to her garden.

Meet Margie, Receptionist
Marjorie Ranzenberger, who goes by Marjie, is a Medical Receptionist at Ottawa Chiropractic Clinic. She is often the first friendly voice or smile patients experience when they connect with the practice.

Margie brings a strong customer service background to her role, with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door or call the office. Her passion for helping others is what inspired her to work in a healthcare setting.

The most rewarding part of Margie’s role is seeing people improve and knowing she has helped make their experience at the practice a positive one. She enjoys supporting patients and helping create a welcoming, calm environment each day.
